When you send us your personal data and we process it, Mattis AB becomes a Data Controller for that data. We never send your data to any third party unless critical to the functionality of our business or product. All of our providers are listed below. We will delete your data 24 months after our last interaction with you. If we have a working relationship, we will store the data as long as needed to adhere to Swedish law. Example: When you send us an email, we get your email address. We are now the Data Controller for your personal email data.
2. Making changes to this policy
This policy will be changed periodically when needed. Changes can either be significant or insignificant, which is decided by Mattis AB. - Significant changes will be sent to you via email.
- Insignificant changes will not be notified.
Examples: A significant event would be if your data is lost, if the ownership structure of Mattis AB changes (the Data Controller responsibility change), when we delete your data because we no longer need it, or if
we for some reason have to process your data in a region without adequate data protection legislation.
